Meet Our Team

Brittney is the owner of Backstage Salon team.  She started the business in 2011 at the early age of 24 and it ran successfully for 8.5 years as a sole proprietorship, expanding in 2019.  Hair has always been her passion, and she started her education in her early teenage years.  She continued to seek out further education and become a mentor for the community.  Her love for her business, art and clientele family is undeniable.  She has acquired multiple continued education certifications and is knowledgeable in all things hair related.  Besides her passion for hair and business, she has a huge heart and a love for her husband and family (including her dogs).

  Sheri was a stylist in Kansas City for 38 years before moving to SW Florida 5 years ago. She loves living in the Oak Ridge area with her 2 cats and living closer to her sister. She has a knack for precision styling and cuts for both men and women. She enjoys getting to become part of her client’s ‘family’, even if it is a weekly styling experience for her clients, she takes pride in making people feel special. She is passionate about working with people of all ages. Sheri enjoys being outdoors, hiking, running, and gardening. 

Tammie is an East Tennessee native and graduate of TN School of Beauty.  She has 37 years of experience and has always had a passion for the hair and the beauty industry.  Tammie enjoys creating styles and using cuts, color and hand-tied hair extensions to make her clients look and feel their best.  She has a deep love for family.  She and her husband, Ed, live in Clinton and have 3 daughters, 5 grandsons and an adorable Irish Doodle named Neyland.  When she's not working, or spending time with family, Tammie and her husband Ed enjoy boating, the beach and watching football.  

Miranda is a local East Tennessee native, with strong family roots based out of the great city of Chicago.  Family is very important to her, along with her passion for all things hair!  She graduated from TN School of Beauty in April of 2022 and loves to learn new techniques constantly.  Miranda is a self proclaimed "workaholic" and rarely has time to have hobbies because of it, but in her spare time she loves to bake with her Mother and spend time with family.  As before mentioned, she loves to work hard, and will work her hardest to give you the hair of your dreams!

Dani relocated from the Seattle, Washington area in 2022, where she was a very successful stylist since graduating cosmetology school in 2006. She loves doing color and cutting and has always put continued education as a priority in her career!  She is great with textured hair, curl and men’s cuts/styles as well! When she’s not working she enjoys spending sunny days with her husband and two children.
