Meet Our Team

Brittney is the owner of Backstage Salon team.  She started the business in 2011 at the early age of 24 and it ran successfully for 8.5 years as a sole proprietorship, expanding in 2019.  Hair has always been her passion, and she started her education in her early teenage years.  She continued to seek out further education and become a mentor for the community.  Her love for her business, art and clientele family is undeniable.  She has acquired multiple continued education certifications and is knowledgeable in all things hair related.  Besides her passion for hair and business, she has a huge heart and a love for her husband and family (including her dogs).

Miranda is a local East Tennessee native, with strong family roots based out of the great city of Chicago.  Family is very important to her, along with her passion for all things hair!  She graduated from TN School of Beauty in April of 2022 and loves to learn new techniques constantly.  Miranda is a self proclaimed "workaholic" and rarely has time to have hobbies because of it, but in her spare time she loves to bake with her Mother and spend time with family.  As before mentioned, she loves to work hard, and will work her hardest to give you the hair of your dreams!
